Job summary

M Social Sunnyvale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager in Sunnyvale, CA. You will support the Front Office Manager in leading daily operations across Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit, and Bell/Valet, while driving guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Front Office experience in a hotel environment, including supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor productivity, and daily departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front office operations and support the Front Office Manager.
• Supervise Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit, Bell Staff and other Front Office team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Provide coaching, feedback and recognition to the team.
• Oversee check-in/check-out, billing, and guest profiles; ensure brand standards.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and development of staff.
• Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and high-profile guests.
