Job summary

Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, California is seeking a Lodge Guest Services agent to greet guests, register arrivals, and assign rooms across our lodge properties. You will dispatch staff and assist guests with requests to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, answering inquiries, processing payments, and checking guests out. Prior guest services experience is valued; basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with customer service background.
• Experience in hotel guest services preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle inquiries.

Requirements

• High school graduate with general business office training or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills required. Minimum of one year experience in public or guest relations service.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests.
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Hourly pay rate: $21.00
