Mammoth Mountain is hiring for a year-round grounds position in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will work with Maintenance personnel in common areas and rental units, performing grounds tasks.

Winter involves snow removal; summer includes gardening and irrigation. Responsibilities include sweeping, scrubbing, rinsing floors, trash removal, parking control, and opening/closing pools and spas. Hourly pay ranges from $20.70 to $24.64. Mammoth Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.

• This position involves grounds tasks and works in conjunction with Maintenance personnel in common areas and rental units.

Requirements

• Some knowledge of minor repairs to buildings along with practical experience and common knowledge of how things operate will help.
• Most tasks will be of a simple nature.
• Some lifting in the 20-50 pound range will be necessary though it is not common and everyday task related.
• The ability to write and read at a basic level helps although much instruction is verbal with examples given to a new employee. (I.e. this is how we would like you to do this task)
• Tasks are simple and most any prior job experience helps. We will train to tasks.

Hourly pay rate: $20.70 to $24.64
