Job summary

Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is seeking a front desk leadership role to ensure adequate staffing levels, interview and train staff, and supervise guest services across the front office team. You will oversee MICROS operations and ensure accurate daily transactions while coordinating with housekeeping and engineering for guest needs.

The role involves greeting guests, checking them in/out promptly and professionally, and maintaining high service standards in a busy hotel environment in Arcadia, CA.

Qualifications

• Ability to calmly work with high demand and/or upset guests.

Responsibilities

• Staff front office associates: interview, hire, supervise, train, schedule front desk agents and related roles.
• Understand front office roles and perform duties as needed.
• Operate MICROS system for daily transactions and reconciliations.
• Check AM/PM discrepancy reports accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for guest rooms and maintenance requests.
• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out with professionalism.
