Job summary

Chico Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa is seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager to lead daily Front Office operations, coach staff, and resolve guest issues while upholding the resort’s culture and high service standards.

The role requires working leadership, training focus, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure, with the Director of Front Office support. Training and staff development are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hotel front desk or hospitality team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage staff and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operations in the absence of the Director or Manager.
• Coach, mentor and develop Front Office team members.
• Address conflicts privately and document appropriately.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out, requests, and billing processes.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
• Provide Great Service to guests and team members.
