Job summary

Murrieta Hot Springs Resort seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead and oversee all housekeeping operations across the resort campus. You will drive cleanliness, guest readiness, and wellness facilities while modeling the resort culture and values.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage budgets and scheduling, and partner with Engineering, Front Office, and Wellness to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a large housekeeping team.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventories.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to meet standards.
• Develop staffing plans and labor schedules based on occupancy and events.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, F&B, Wellness and other departments.
• Conduct inspections for cleanliness, safety, and quality.
• Manage inventories, supplies, and equipment with cost controls.
