• Front Desk Agent experience in a hotel or high-volume customer-facing environment.
• Excellent customer service and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Flexible scheduling including days, evenings and weekends.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; manage check-in/check-out and payments.
• Input and retrieve guest information, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Answer questions, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings and local area to assist guests.
