SEARHC in Southeast Alaska seeks a receptionist to support the Executive Office Building and Patient Experience department. You will handle phones, mail, and guest greetings while assisting with organization, analysis, and projects for staff and management.

Pay Range:$25.00 - $31.88This position functions as the receptionist in the SEARHC (SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium) Executive Office Building and provides support for the front-end staff and Patient Experience department. This assistance includes organization, analysis, and project support along with clerical duties including answering and directing phone calls, receiving and distributing mail and packages. This position interacts with the general public, staff, and management. This position is crucial as it creates positive and welcoming first impressions for public, staff and management.

M-F 7:30am - 5:00pm
Provides project assistance as assigned including organization, projects, analysis, performing complex searches, and problem solving.
Provides high level administrative/clerical support to the System Director of Patient Experience including scheduling, arranging travel, memo writing, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, scanning, faxing, and filing.
Office management including ordering office supplies, greeting guests, placing, and receiving calls. Must be able to multitask and be organized.
May provide support to Patient Experience functions with various electronic systems for reporting and policy management.
May assist with processing Healing Hand Foundation applications.
Schedules conference rooms and prepare and post daily conference room schedules.
Other duties as assigned.
