Job summary

PMM Management is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to showcase properties and welcome new residents. The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, and brings a basic level of administrative experience.

You will work Monday through Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with one weekday off and Sundays off. We are a small family-owned company that values pride in work and a proactive, business-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Basic administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Showcase properties and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Greet residents and answer questions to create a welcoming experience.
• Process applications and coordinate move-in tastings and paperwork (where applicable).
• Maintain organized records and follow up with applicants and residents.
