North Fulton ENT in Cumming, GA is seeking a friendly Front Office Check-In Receptionist to join our privately owned ENT practice. You will greet patients, collect payments, schedule appointments and support the front desk.

Ideal candidates have strong people skills, clear written and verbal communication, and experience with MS-Office and medical practice software. A high school diploma is required; business school or associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
• Knowledge of various healthcare insurance carriers
• High School Diploma
• Business school or Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities
