North Fulton ENT in Cumming, GA seeks a friendly Front Office Check-In Receptionist to join our privately owned ENT practice. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage paperwork to support a seamless patient experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, patient relations skills, and proficiency with MS-Office and medical practice software. High school diploma required; business school or associates preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers.
• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity.
• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software.
• Knowledge of various healthcare insurance carriers.
• High School Diploma.
• Business school or Associate degree preferred.
