Caliber Collision in Baltimore has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator to support front office teammates with tools, training and information, and to handle payroll and HR records for center associates. The role also covers Accounts Receivable/Payable and cash handling per company standards.

The position emphasizes delivering a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber SOPs through ongoing training and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; administer cash handling per procedures.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience through SOP compliance and training.
