This entry-level role involves delivering friendly service, verifying insurance, scheduling visits, collecting payments, and maintaining an orderly front office; you will learn multiple software programs and collaborate closely with the Clinic Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices.
• Verifies insurance coverage for patients.
• Collects patient payments.
• Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
