Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field, OR 4 years related experience.
  • 4 years experience in customer service, patient access/registration, or insurance knowledge.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
  • New hires must pass background check and drug testing.
  • Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or clearance within 7 days.
  • Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Front Office Supervisors and provide guidance across all clinics.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain financial integrity and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with departments to support cross-functional workflows.
  • Audit patient registrations for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor patient queues and complete data reporting as directed.
