Qualifications

• Two years experience in a medical setting, preferably front desk or reception.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain patient information with tact.

Responsibilities

• Handle front office duties including registration, appointment and check-in.
• Maintain PSR productivity and quality of service.
• Coordinate with nursing, medical records and provider schedules for smooth patient flow.
• Assist patients with funding eligibility and referral processes.
