Ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare practice management, strong team leadership, and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, dental, or medical practice management.
• Experience overseeing administrative and/or clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of front office operations and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and manage front office and clinical staff.
