Job summary

Limelight Snowmass is hiring an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team, optimize room inventory, and ensure flawless guest experiences. You will report to the Front Office Manager and support daily operations in a luxury setting.

The role offers a salary range of USD 65,000–73,000 per year with bonus eligibility for salaried staff. Preference is given to candidates with hotel supervisory experience and English/Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 years hotel experience in a supervisory position required.
• English and Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervisory responsibilities including scheduling, performance evaluations, and discipline.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as needed and lead front desk operations.
• Oversee staff administration, Kronos payroll cycles, and reporting to payroll.
