The role emphasizes developing others, building processes, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients and families, with a focus on collaboration and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare, dental, retail, hospitality, or other customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and supporting operational performance goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front office team to deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
• Oversee day-to-day front office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative functions.
• Develop, train, and coach team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Manage staffing schedules and resolve coverage or scheduling challenges as needed.
• Help drive office performance by monitoring KPIs, supporting practice goals, and promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with providers and leaders to support operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice growth.
• Improve patient satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure accurate billing, payment processing, payroll support, and administrative operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the office.
