Job summary

The Trade Hotel Milwaukee is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead a courteous front desk team and elevate guest service. This leadership role focuses on people, performance, and the guest experience, with growth opportunities and mentorship.

You will oversee guest services, supervise hiring, training, scheduling, and performance, and contribute to financial reconciliation, inventory control, and key handling.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Two or more years of general hotel operations experience.
• Strong customer service skills including problem-solving and complaint resolution.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team to ensure courteous and attentive service throughout guests’ stay.
• Assist with accounting functions including billing, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of front desk staff.
• Uphold service quality by addressing guest concerns and conducting periodic room inspections.
