The Trade Hotel Milwaukee, part of NCG Hospitality, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and elevate guest service from check-in to check-out. You will model exceptional hospitality, hire and train staff, and ensure smooth daily operations.

This role focuses on guest experience, service standards, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with departments, handle guest concerns, and contribute to a welcoming, award-winning workplace culture.

Formación

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Two or more years of general hotel operations experience.
• Strong customer service skills including problem-solving and complaint resolution.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a front desk team to ensure courteous, attentive service from check-in to check-out.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage performance of front desk staff.
• Investigate guest concerns, take corrective action, and conduct periodic room inspections.
• Assist with accounting functions including billing, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
