You will oversee daily front desk operations, drive service excellence, and foster loyalty with guests and community partners, while supporting financial and administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Two or more years of general hotel operations experience.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and complaint-resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team to ensure courteous and attentive service.
• Maintain regular contact with in-house guests and community clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Investigate guest concerns, initiate corrective action, and conduct periodic room inspections.
• Supervise front desk team: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Assist with accounting, billing, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
• Monitor and support procedures related to inventory, key control, and monetary handling.
