Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with guests, check them in and out promptly and professionally.
• Ensure staffing levels for front office, including interviewing, hiring, supervising and scheduling staff.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction and document investigations.
• Accurately operate the MICROS front office system and daily transactions.
