Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
• Computer experience on PMS systems and knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication with guests and associates.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills.
• Ability to coordinate with General Manager and corporate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities with responsibilities for Accounting and Front Office Management.
• Interface with General Manager to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies and procedures.
• Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to maintain high standards of guest service and accuracy in all front office operations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to ensure completion of all accounting functions and adherence to management company policies and procedures.
