Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach front office team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Engage with guests to remedy complaints and build relationships.
• Conduct regular front office inspections to ensure strong first impressions.
• Help prepare budgets and drive revenue from walk-ins and up-selling at the front desk.
• Train team on PBX procedures and lead during emergencies/crises.
• Report to Director of Rooms and supervise front desk staff across specialties
