Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will oversee Front Office operations, mentor a team of Front Desk Agents, and ensure high standards of service and efficiency across the property.

We look for a motivated, guest‑focused leader who can support the team during peak periods, coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, and maintain professional interactions with guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Front Office operations.
• Mentor and develop a team of Front Desk Agents.
• Ensure training materials are in place and used by each department.
• Monitor room inventory, rate and availability; help maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Lead by example to ensure professional guest interactions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage with guests sincerely.
