Qualifications

• Two years in hotels and an additional two years in a hotel leadership position (Manager+).
• People-person who can coach, mentor and build a team.
• Experience delivering guest services and leading front-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations and related functions.
• Provide business perspective to enhance guest services and decisions.
• Oversee guest registration and check-out processes.
• Manage, train, and schedule Front Office staff.
• Coordinate night audit, group billing, supplies, and cross-department communication.
• Serve as liaison between General Manager and staff.
