Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in hotel leadership and a proven track record in coaching and team-building. Flexible shifts include nights and weekends with hotel discounts and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Two years in hotels and an additional two years in a hotel leadership position (Manager+)
• Must be a people person with coaching, mentoring and team-building experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations and ensure adherence to procedures
• Provide strategic perspective to enhance guest services and business decisions
• Oversee guest registration and check-out processes
• Manage, train and schedule Front Office staff
• Lead night audit, group billing, forecast and supply orders
• Act as liaison between General Manager and staff
