Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to oversee the front office and Patient Service Representatives. You will supervise daily operations and provide backup coverage as needed to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires strong multitasking and communication skills, with preference for supervisory experience and a related degree. This position supports a community health setting and emphasizes teamwork and professional patient interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; AA Degree in related field, preferred.
• Minimum of one year of registration experience; supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Organized and structured; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the front office and Patient Service Representatives.
• Provide backup coverage as a working supervisor in the absence of the Patient Services Representative when necessary.
