Qualifications

• Front Office management experience required.
• FSPMS knowledge is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years in front office management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Will work a minimum of two nights per week.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
