Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, seeks a Front Office Manager for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. The role oversees all front office operations to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of front office leadership experience, strong English communication, and solid budgeting/scheduling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in front office operations preferred.
• Must have above-average mathematical comprehension to interpret numbers in hotel operations.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with guests and employees.
• Thorough organization and supervisory skills.
• Ability to develop subordinates to advance within the hotel and company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office operations to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, cost control and quality standards.
• Manage and motivate front office staff with daily supervision including staffing, training and scheduling.
• Receive and resolve departmental guest complaints promptly.
• Check and control reservations, front office systems, inventories and budgets to maximize revenue.
• Implement and monitor corporate marketing programs (e.g., HHonors).
• Is Manager on Duty in rotation with Guest Service Managers.
