Qualifications

• Guest relations/service experience required.

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk, concierge, bell staff and front office manager as needed.
• Handle reservations, updates, cancellations and group lists.
• Improve guest satisfaction through service quality and teamwork.
• Address guest complaints and develop effective solutions.
• Work varying shifts to meet hotel business needs.
