Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the hotel’s front desk operations and guest experiences. You will lead the front desk team, manage scheduling, and drive service excellence across daily activities.

You will report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager, with opportunities for advancement within the organization and across its nationwide portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus and may be requested.
• High school diploma or GED required for consideration.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR test.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes.
• Oversee scheduling, staff training, and daily reports.
• Report to Director of Rooms or General Manager and support leadership.
