The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree or equivalent, strong English communication skills, and proven supervisory experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience is required.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in hospitality supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest satisfaction programs.
• Train front desk staff and manage schedules.
• Monitor rates, inventory, and PMS entries daily.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
