Job summary

CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort Orlando is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. The role oversees check-in/out, reservations, and guest requests while coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B to meet guest and hotel needs.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office or hotel management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Hands-on hospitality leadership with visible floor presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest requests.
• Coach, train, and develop Front Office team members.
• Ensure front desk procedures and hotel standards are followed.
• Monitor arrivals, room status, VIPs, and special requests.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and Food & Beverage.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Support night audit and other operational functions as needed.
• Maintain cash handling and compliance with financial controls.
