Job summary

CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort Orlando is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. Room Attendants clean and maintain guest rooms to CoCo Key’s standards, make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and replenish room amenities.

You will inspect rooms, report maintenance concerns, stock rooms, and ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to established hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop, and replenish room amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked and presented for arriving guests.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items and report issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and lost-and-found items.
• Respond professionally and courteously when interacting with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, equipment, and assigned work areas.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned rooms within established productivity and quality standards.
• Work cooperatively with Housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments.
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
