Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental billing and third-party payers.
• Understanding of CDT and ICD-10 coding.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.
• Experience with AXIUM or equivalent practice software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for new patients and emergencies with proper prioritization.
• Verify insurance and process pre-authorizations and payments.
• Ensure accurate sign-in, consent forms, and chart completion.
• Monitor daily charges, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with the business office to maintain payer compliance and patient satisfaction.
