United Digestive is seeking a Front Office Team Lead to oversee front desk operations, scheduling, and patient interactions. You will support the Office Manager, balance patient payments, and ensure timely processing of documents for visits and procedures.

The role requires 2-3 years in a gastroenterology medical office with leadership experience and proficiency in Greenway and MS Office; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-3 years in specialty medical office; gastroenterology experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate; experience with Greenway and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate scheduling, PTO, and cover front office staff as needed.
• Assist Office Manager with patient payments, charges, and receipts.
• Support OSHA and safety program requirements under Office Manager.
• Order and reconcile supplies as directed.
• Train and develop team members; monitor filing and scheduling queues.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and courteous patient interactions.
