Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Lead Patient Access Coordinator (Lead PAC) in Hickory, NC. This role leads a 3+ patient access coordinators team, ensures daily workflow, and drives scheduling and process improvements in a high-volume clinic.

The Lead PAC will coach, monitor compliance, and maintain front-office readiness, covering PAC duties as needed while collaborating with regional leadership for performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years PAC or comparable healthcare front office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR, scheduling platforms, and payment systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all standard Patient Access Coordinator duties including check-in, check-out, documentation accuracy, POS collections, schedule management, and patient experience tasks.
• Serve as onsite front-office lead responsible for daily workflow execution and staffing alignment.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and training to PACs to ensure adherence to standards.
