Job summary

North Texas Center for Rheumatology is seeking an experienced Front Office Lead to own front desk operations across two offices in Euless and Dallas. You will supervise the front desk, scheduling, and call center, and serve as the in-house expert on insurance matters to ensure accurate reimbursement.

You will build workflows, create written procedures, and travel between Euless and Dallas as needed to support coverage and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a medical front office with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Organize and run daily front desk operations across the patient journey (greeting, check-in, check-out, scheduling, phones).
• Build and enforce front desk protocols with written procedures and accountability.
• Lead the insurance function at the front desk (verify eligibility/benefits, manage referrals, prior authorizations, copays).
• Supervise and develop staff across front desk, scheduling, and call center; provide coaching.
