Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Experience supervising front desk staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk staff and improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Train guest service agents on front desk procedures.
• Recruit and select qualified front desk staff.
• Prepare weekly schedules for front office staff.
• Monitor rates and manage inventory in the PMS.
• Ensure dress code compliance and professional appearance.
• Provide timely performance evaluations for staff.
