Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a PM Front Desk Supervisor to guide the front office staff in daily duties and responsibilities. Established in 1988, the company operates as a development, management, and investment firm with a family-oriented culture and a portfolio of hotels.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, team supervision, and cross-department collaboration to optimize occupancy and revenue. Experience in hospitality, PMS systems, and MS 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Front Desk Supervisor experience in hospitality is required.
• Supervisory experience in a hotel front desk environment preferred.
• Experience with brand or property PMS systems used in hotels.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or equivalent desktop tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer care at all times.
• Answer inquiries, manage reservations, and upsell rooms.
• Lead and train front desk staff, ensuring SOPs are followed.
• Resolve guest issues quickly to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for smooth operations.
• Monitor billing, payments, and cash handling at the desk.
