Qualifications

• Four-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience in presenting and leading meetings.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure/validate service standards with other departments.
• Lead and engage guest-facing teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Review staffing levels and delegate responsibilities.
• Communicate with Executives on operations performance.
• Address issues promptly with staff and guests.
• Respond to guest feedback in a timely manner.
• Provide direction to department managers in absence of directors.
