Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana is seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager to supervise and optimize the front office operation, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth room operations.

The role oversees Guest Service Agents, Night Auditors, and related staff, helps manage deposits, billing, and budgets while maintaining compliance with licensure requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hotel front office/room division management experience with a four-year degree or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking and obtain licensure as required by regulatory entities or company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Front Desk and guest services.
• Supervise Guest Service Agents, Night Auditors, and Bell Persons.
• Assist in managing deposits and billing; coordinate room operations.
• Address guest service needs and resolve issues; anticipate evolving guest expectations.
• Monitor staffing and performance; maintain clear communication with team members.
• Participate in hiring and on-boarding of Front Office staff; provide coaching as needed.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control for the Front Office; ensure safety and security.
