Thompson Dallas, part of Hyatt’s lifestyle portfolio, is seeking a Front Office Host to create a warm and efficient arrival, stay and departure experience while supporting guests and hotel operations.

You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, provide local recommendations, process transactions accurately and work closely with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Clear and courteous verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to use standard computer applications and learn hotel systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to remain calm, helpful and professional while managing multiple guest needs.
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to guest service, teamwork and hotel standards.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out and other front desk needs.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, policies and local recommendations.
• Respond to guest questions and requests promptly, following through or involving a supervisor when needed.
• Listen to guest concerns, offer assistance and help resolve issues with care and professionalism.
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence in the Front Office and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
