Thompson Hosts (Front Office Hosts) are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role offers opportunities for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Duties may include processing payments and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Thompson as a Thompson Host.

The Hotels

When you stay at a Thompson Hotel, you are welcomed as a resident. Each guest receives a tailored experience that enhances their personal travel journey and connects them to the local culture. Thompson's hotels are unique destinations that create memorable experiences. Thompson Austin features 212 luxury guestrooms and suites, 17 residences, a wellness center, multiple restaurants and bars, an expansive pool deck with private cabanas, and extensive event spaces.

The 193-king room tommie Austin is designed for spirited adventurers, encouraging exploration of Austin’s offerings. It features art and atmosphere inspired by the neighborhood, with amenities like a coffee and wine shop, allowing guests to customize their stay while receiving warm, authentic service.

Both hotels feature a cantina-themed restaurant, a large indoor/outdoor oasis, a street-side diner, and a variety of retail and recreational facilities including a fitness center and simulator room.
