Responsibilities
  1. You will assist with the efficient operation of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
  2. The Head Host is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk at the hotel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills.
