Responsibilities
- You will assist with the efficient operation of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
- The Head Host is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk at the hotel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Strong communication and customer relations skills.
