Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment providing guest-focused service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fully flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior guest-facing customer experience or hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hotel services and promotions to guests.
