Job summary

SpringHill Suites Orlando Airport is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk, bell, and van driver teams in a busy hotel environment. The role requires prior experience as a supervisory leader in a similar-sized property, preferably within the Marriott brand.

Responsibilities include staffing and payroll coordination, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring smooth shift operations, schedules, and daily yield discussions.

Qualifications

• College degree in Hotel Administration; 2–3 years hotel management/supervisory experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Marriott brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, bell, and van driver operations for guest service quality.
• Prepare work schedules based on forecasted occupancy.
• Coordinate staffing and payroll to meet productivity and budget standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead daily yield management discussions and improve guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safety procedures and handle disciplinary matters as needed.
