Job summary

You will recruit and train Front Office staff, oversee check-in/check-out, handle guest concerns, optimize revenue through upselling, and coordinate with housekeeping and accounting to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and retain quality Front Office staff.
• Supervise front office to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Oversee check-in/check-out and accurate guest account handling.
• Initiate up-selling to promote services and maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Train Front Office staff on service delivery and knowledge of local area.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Accounting, and Reservations for smooth operations.
• Manage payroll and weekly scheduling; ensure timely communication to staff.
