Job summary

You will oversee daily operations, monitor guest satisfaction, manage budgets, and collaborate with sales and corporate accounting to optimize occupancy and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations.
• Large hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand and Ensemble standards.
• Oversee front office departments to ensure optimal guest service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work toward higher scores.
• Resolve complaints and anticipate issues by reviewing operations and staff performance.
• Oversee front-of-house financial operations and ensure accounting controls.
